ABOUT THE CLASSES
Weekly virtual workouts which have been designed to boost your fitness and cardio capabilities, build core stability and strength. Through a carefully thought out weekly schedule you can train with me each week to guarantee consistency and diversity and ensure you are constantly challenging and pushing yourself.
You can PAYG for only £5 a class or commit to an unlimited monthly subscription of £20 to do as many live and on-demand classes as you wish with no monthly commitment.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
In 2017 I became a Personal Trainer and launched Lottie’s Fitness. My main goal was to help empower others to feel their healthiest and happiest self, something that remains at the forefront of my work today. I love guiding clients and showing them what they capable of and how much they can achieve when they put their mind to it.
I've believe "fitness" is not about what you see from the outside but more importantly about how you feel from the inside and the happiness that comes with feeling healthy. I love the energy you get from exercise and how it automatically makes you feel happier, more focused, calm and ready to overcome any hurdle that life throws at you.
During lockdown I launched the Lottie's Fitness Crew. For 10 weeks I offered free classes to help people stay fit during lockdown and offer a little bit of fun and routine to the rather long weeks! The feedback and following was so positive I couldn't stop! I've expanded the offering and added an on-demand element so that you can workout with me all week at a time that suits you.
My philosophy is training can’t always feel comfortable or familiar, but when you allow yourself the opportunity to learn new things and to move out of your comfort zone, you’ll allow both your body and mind to grow.
I have been a personal trainer for 4 years coaching clients one-to-to-one of all ages ranging from 21 to 80.
