WHAT TYPE OF CLASSES DO YOU OFFER.  

Visit the TIMETABLE page to see the different classes on offer. The schedule has been designed so that you have both variety and consistency in your training to constantly keep you progressing. Each week is made of up live and on-demand classes.

 

The schedule includes HIIT classes, Strength (with and without dumbbells), Abs and Ass and recovery Stretch classes.

HOW MUCH ARE CLASSES?

Pay As You Go classes are £5, have a 1 week expiry and can be used on live or on-demand classes.

£20 Unlimited membership- to do as many live and on-demand classes as you wish, with no monthly commitment. 

WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL BE NEEDED?

HIIT classes are body weight only.

 

Friday Finisher will be a mixture of bodyweight and dumbbells. 

On-demand Strength classes will vary between dumbbell and bodyweight so if you don't have any weights visit my shop to buy some. 

You will also need a computer, iPad, or phone to watch the videos. 

A mat is recommended but not essential. 

WHERE CAN I JOIN THE LIVE CLASSES FROM?

Live classes will be on ZOOM. Once you have booked into class a link to join the class will be sent directly to your registered email address. 

HOW LONG WILL THE WORKOUTS BE AVAILABLE FOR?

All live classes will be uploaded to the on-demand library 24 hours after finishing and available forever.

On-demand classes (Strength, Stretch, Abs and Ass) will be continuously added to the library so you'll never be short of a workout. 

 

You will have access to a growing workout library so you can go back and redo your favourite workouts whenever you want.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AT ANYTIME?

You can either Pay As You Go for each class or sign up to a monthly membership. There is no monthly commitment so you can cancel whenever you wish.

I AM QUITE NEW TO THESE ONLINE WORKOUTS. WHAT IF I FEEL THE PACE OF THE WORKOUT IS TOO MUCH.

The beauty of these workouts is that you can pause them when ever you like. You feel the pace is too much simply hit the pause button, missed an exercise you can skip a few seconds back. Ultimately you can dictate the intensity of your own session.
