Every class will be different but with the same goal, to challenge you both physically and mentally. Open to all fitness levels with progressions offered throughout. 

 

Whatever level you are, you can expect to work your entire body and learn to push outside your comfort zone.

METABOLIC MONDAY

MONDAY- 6PM

45-MINUTES

BODYWEIGHT

Kick start your week with Metabolic Monday. Expect a super sweaty HIIT class that will test both your body and mind. With explosive moves and minimal rests I promise you’ll be firing on all cylinders when we are done, as will your metabolism!

FULL BODY HIIT

WEDNESDAY- 6PM

45 MINUTES

BODYWEIGHT

A powerful total body workout focused on building lean muscle mass aimed to get you feeling stronger and more toned.  We will combine compound moves and conditioning in a total body HIIT class.

FRIDAY FINISHER

FRIDAY- 8AM

45 MINUTES

DUMBBELLS 

The ultimate Friday Finisher. A class that will see you setting and smashing goals.  Designed to push you out of your comfort zone and build your stamina. Lets finish the week off with a bang.

 

*Dumbbells will be used in the class.

STRENGTH

30-45 MINUTES

A powerful total body workout focused on building lean muscle mass aimed to get you feeling stronger and more toned. There are both weight (dumbbells) and bodyweight class options. Classes vary between 30-45 minutes.

 

If you don’t have weights at home head to my shop to purchase some equipment. Feel free to drop me a message in the chat box if you need help with what size to buy.

ASS AND ABS

A strong mid-section is the key to optimising all areas of your training.  This class will focus on isolating muscles in your core, bum and lower back to build strength, stability and tone. Expect to feel the burn! 

SUPER SATURDAY

SATURDAY- 10AM

1 HOUR

BODYWEIGHT

The ultimate Super Saturday HIIT class. We start the weekend off on high with a total body blast.  A 1 hour class designed to push you out of your comfort zone and leave you feel so strong for the rest of the weekend. Things might get a little spicy but it’s exactly where you need to be in order to keep improving.

STRETCH AND RESET 

ON-DEMAND

20-30 MINUTES

BODYWEIGHT

To excel, get stronger and faster in our training it’s important to slow things down. A series of stretching flows will help your body and mind reset and heal ready for the hard work.
