Every class will be different but with the same goal, to challenge you both physically and mentally. Open to all fitness levels with progressions offered throughout. 

 

Whatever level you are, you can expect to work your entire body and learn to push outside your comfort zone.

METABOLIC MONDAY

MONDAY- 6PM

45-MINUTES

BODYWEIGHT

Kick start your week with Metabolic Monday. Expect a super sweaty HIIT class that will test both your body and mind. With explosive moves and minimal rests I promise you’ll be firing on all cylinders when we are done, as will your metabolism!

FULL BODY HIIT

WEDNESDAY- 6PM

45 MINUTES

BODYWEIGHT

Using a combination of dynamic bodyweight moves, this class is a full body, explosive workout which will leave you feeling the best, strongest version of you!

FRIDAY FINISHER

FRIDAY- 8AM

45 MINUTES

DUMBBELLS 

our weight based strength & conditioning class. Aerobic and anaerobic work come together in this powerful total-body workout. Designed to push you out of your comfort zone and build your stamina. Things might get a little spicy but it’s exactly where you need to be in order to keep improving. Finish the week off with a bang.

*Dumbbells will be used in the class.

YOGA

TUESDAY-8AM

45 MINUTES 

Join Agnes on the mat and start the day off feeling energised and recharged for whatever the day ahead might bring. A 45-minute class full of poses to awaken your body, mind & soul.

ASS AND ABS 

ON-DEMAND

30-45 MINUTES

BODYWEIGHT

A strong mid-section is the key to optimising all areas of your training.  This class will focus on isolating muscles in your core, bum and lower back to build strength, stability and tone. Expect to feel the burn! 

SUPER SATURDAY

SATURDAY- 10AM

1 HOUR

BODYWEIGHT

The ultimate Super Saturday HIIT class. Our final HIIT class of the week designed to start the weekend off on high with a total body blast.  

STRETCH AND RESET 

ON-DEMAND

20-30 MINUTES

BODYWEIGHT

To excel, get stronger and faster in our training it’s important to slow things down. A series of stretching flows will help your body and mind reset and heal ready for the hard work.
